Colour: ruby red with burgundy reflections.
Bouquet: delicate, lingering, with hints of wild and cooked fruits.
Taste: dry, bodied, soft, lightly lively.
Conservation: to be consumed when young, but also suitable for short ageing.
Serving temperature: 15-20° c.
Serving Suggestions: "bagna càuda", soups, "panissa", boiled meat, semi-hard cheeses and gorgonzola.
