Colour: light straw-coloured with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: delicate, pleasant, lingering, fruity.
Taste: fresh, and slightly lively.
Preservation: to be consumed young.
Serving temperature: 5-7° c.
Serving Suggestion: all starters and in particular with Russian salad, rice salad, soft cheeses and fish.
