50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot.
Alcohol Content: 11% vol .
Origin of the Grapes: Portacomaro and Roatto.
Land: Lime and exposed eastwards.
Average Vine Age: 15 Years:
Yield per Hectare: 80q.
Method of Vinification: This white sparkling wine has been
made with Charmat method (tank method).
Temperature of Vinification: 20°C.
Refining: The second fermentation, through which the wine
becomes sparkling, is very gradual and slow, to obtain a creamy
and long lasting mousse. The wine remains on the lees for a month.
